Sickies!

Our first week in SC was lots of fun and we had a great time catching up with friends and family.
But, our second week has been signifacntly hampered by Boo coming down with a virus and having the croup. Not fun. At all. He's had a fever going on 6 days now. We've been to the ER and to a pediatrician and will just have to kind of wait it out for now. The good news is that the steroids for the croup cough are really helping now and he does NOT have the flu.

We were supposed to leave tomorrow to go back to TX, but b/c he's still feeling *punk* (as my grandmother would say), we're going to extend our trip another week.

We Made It...

Boo and I arrived in SC Saturday evening. He didn't sleep at all on the plane rides. I couldn't believe it. I guess he was just too excited to get here! B-man wasn't able to make the trip because of work, and we're missing him so much.

We've been visiting with family and friends since we hit the ground.

Mmm Mmm Good!

Alternately titled "Texas Teething Ring" or "Texas Pacifier"!

We were out eating BBQ this past weekend and we ordered some ribs. Boo kept reaching for them, so I decided to give him one, thinking he would immediately spit it out because of all of the pepper. But just like his Daddy, he loved the spice. And like his Paw Paw, he was gonna get every bit off that bone! As you can see...he loved it!! (pictures are poor quality b/c they were taken with my phone).

I know, I should be packing for our trip to SC tomorrow. I'm going to do that....in a minute! :) lol! Don't get me wrong, we're extremely excited to be going HOME, but I just don't wanna pack!
